Girdled Webcap Cortinarius trivialis is one of the few Cortinarius I can recognise. It is mycorrhizal with Willow ---- see dead leaves.and has a sticky glutinous cap with bands down the stipe.
Found along the public FP west edge of Ffrwd Fen.

It is nice to find a mushroom these days Philip, I took a long walk around the Lower Lleidi Reservoir and came away with nothing.
