ID help needed!





Can anyone help with this - seen on some hazel up at Ynysdawela Nature Park this morning whist checking dormouse boxes.

    Sorry Isabel --- unable to help with this one. Seems to be gluing twigs together so ???? Glue Crust --- Hymenochaete corrugata -- which is quite common on Hazel.

    Yes I believe Gluecrust starts off this colour and then darkens. We found some at Spring Woods during a walk there last year.
